Every expression which is explained in any part of this Code, is used in every part of this Code in conformity with the Explanation.
In Section 7 of IPC, it is stated that every expression or law described in any part of the Act can be used with every part of IPC. The Indian Penal Code 1860 allows the use of any expression that is found in the Indian Penal Code.
