Hotel below my house making lot of noise

There is hotel below my house which causes lot of noise of its exhaust fan (chimney) washing utensils, mixers and grinders. The noise starts at 10am in morning and it is till 11pm sometimes 11:30pm on weekends. We personally complained the hotel owner and society we live in. Still there is lot of noise. It is a nonveg hotel and lot smell comes in our house. We don't eat nonveg. It's been two years now and the noise from the hotel is causing headaches and ear pain to everyone in our house. Please tell me what actions can I take against this hotel?. And whom and which department should i approach for this?
Well, you have to file a case of Private Nuisance against that Hotel Owner. You can get that Hotel shifted or can get placed rules and regulations for the hotel to curb noise and other kind of nuisances which Hotel hss been causing.

Creating noise is considered to be a public nuisance under Section 290 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. So any noise which causes any injury, danger or annoyance to the public is considered to be noise pollution. You may register FIR within respective jurisdiction. also may proceed with the magistrate court.
