Nuisance, Threats for getting involved in false criminal cases against

With due respect, I want legal actions or file complaint against my neighbour for creating nuisance, threats for getting involved in false criminal cases against me, my family, and my grand parents. This neighbour is my younger uncle’s wife. My uncle, his wife, son & daughter Live in front of my house. We live in our separate house along with our grand parents. My neighbour feels jealous of us doing good & going ahead in life. she gives us threats tujhe case me faswa dungi, tujhpe media bulwa dungi, standing infront of us, our house & Blocks our way. Use abusive Language Against me & my family, she being a female is misusing her rights and Provokes the male members of the family to fight. she wants the share of our property which she has no right and same was distributed equally between my father & his brother 25 years ago. And same share was sold by her to send her child to study abroad. She gives suicidal threats that she will suicide and blame us.

In such cases it is better to inform the police station nearby by writting an application and also filing an FIR against such female member.
If she succeeds in what she says then you will have a lot of problem which will become a nuisance for your and your family.

First of all do a Complaint of NCR against them then filed a case in court against them when police officials does not take any legal action of NCR .You can file a case under section 290 of IPC for creating a nuisance and threaten you against them and also of defamation for spoiling a reputation in society
