Online job fraud of Rs. 28 lacs between Feb 2015 to May 1015. Online portal complaint launched followed by FIR on 16 th June 2025. All online payment transfer. How can I receive my payment?

Well, We need to get the accounts freezed in which the payments got transferred from your end! Cyber Police Officials can assist you in this! Once the amounts will be freezed, then, you can file a Petition in Court to withdraw your amounts.

Well, if the FIR has already been lodged, then wait for the Police or the Cyber Cell to complete its investigation and once during investigation, they will be able to track the Bank Accounts of the accused persons, Cyber Cell will freeze such accounts, then, on freezing such accounts, you will be able to withdraw money seized in such accounts by applying to the concerned Magistrate.
