Non-consideration of eligible candidates public employment

As per Telangana Public Employment Organisation of Local Cadres & Regulation of Direct Recruitment Order, 2018 (presidential Order) we are entitled to 5% post in all districts other than his local district. In 2024, the Teacher Recruitment Test was once again conducted through the District Selection Committee (DSC). In the notification for this recruitment, it was suggested that candidates could apply for only one district, seemingly due to a misinterpretation of the Rule of Reservation. Supporting Points: 1.
