Kisi criminal case me agar 319 ki application par order ho jaye to High Court me us order ke khilaaf "Appeal" hoga ya "Revision" ??
सेक्शन 319 सीआरपीसी (Criminal Procedure Code) किसी व्यक्ति को ट्रायल में शामिल करने की शक्ति देता है, अगर उस पर अपराध में शामिल होने का संदेह हो। अगर आपके खिलाफ 319 के तहत आदेश आया है, तो आप इस आदेश को चुनौती देने के लिए अपील कर सकते हैं।
according to me आपको हाई कोर्ट में जाना चाहिए क्योंकि 319 के तहत किसी व्यक्तिको अभियुक्त के रूप में जोड़ने का आदेश ट्रायल कोर्ट द्वारा आता है,और इस तरह के आदेश को चुनौती देने के लिए सीधे हाई कोर्ट में रिट पेटीशन या क्रिमिनल रिवीजन फाइल की जाती है।
