Hello,
I have been granted maintenance by family court. what is the price to file a writ petition in highcourt for increase in maintenance.
We need to file Miscellaneous First Appeal for the enhancement of Compensation in High Court and Not Writ Petition, the competent Advocate would be charging between 50,000 to 1,00,000/-

We can file revision or writ petition before High Court seeking enhancement of monthly Maintenance...Depending upon profile of the advocate you have to pay Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 2,00,000 to file such case before High Court my fees is Rs. 50,000 to be paid in two instalments..

It’ all depends upon the professional it’s not that compulsory as some charges in thousand and some charges in Lakhs and it depends upon the facts of the case
