file suit for permanent injunction and try to get the stay on the said property as soon as possible. to file the case take the services of local lawyer and for the stay you must have all the documents and you are the legal heir if the propert belongs to your husband

Take a stay against your in laws so that they cannot alienate the property to anyone and claim your share from them. File a civil suit in district courts against your in-laws claiming your share from your husbands property or ensestral property and take a stay order so that your I lawa cannot transfer the property to anyone else .

Dear client, consult a good lawyer, file a suit of permanent and mandatory injunction, in court, restraing the respondents to dispose off the property which is at the name of your husband, you will get 50% share from all the moveable immovable property of your husband...as per law..
