Wife want to speak to accused husband and family in front of media

Hi, Accused husband and his parents are arrested under 307, 498a and sent to remand. Complainant wife wants to talk to them in the presence of media. Police say its not possible. Is there a provision in law for that ?

What she want to do that? How is this act will help her? Police already taken action by sending them to remand. Rest she needs to fight in the court. not in police station. Seems to be her intention is different.

Hi Once the case is filed and accused arrested, the complainant wife will become a witness to the case as the case is now between the state and accused. So the complainant wife cannot demand things like trial before media , talking to accused in presence of media etc as the matter is now subjudice and only the courts have the jurisdiction to try the case.
