Wife stopping Husband from entering matrimonial house

21-Sep-2023 (In Family Law)
The wife has filed for a divorce under HMA, which husband is contesting. The husband has not received any notice from the court regarding the same yet. Husband went abroad for work and came back after 10 days, but the wife didn't let husband enter their matrimonial house. The house is under joint ownership of both husband and wife. What can be done legally to let husband enter the house? Husband is afraid wife may take some extreme steps if husband tries forceful entry.

you may file a case for injunction against your wife restraining her to interfere in the stay and entrance of the house which is under joint ownership. if she wants divorce she may go for mutual if you also agree or may go for contesting that also can be done, but she need to allow you inside the house.
