Wife refuses to take a summons in Section 9 case

अगर पत्नी सेक्शन 9 के केस में सम्मन लेने से इन्कार कर दे और ना ही कोर्ट में आये तो ऐसे में क्या करना चाहिए। मै अपनी बेटी से मिल पा रहा हू। मेरी पत्नी एक साल से अलग रह रही है अब तक 3 बार सम्मन वापस कर दिया है।
