You can file a suit before the honourable family court for the restitution of conjugal right of marriage under section 9 of hindu marriage act ,1955. First of all you should send a notice to your wife for the restitution of conjugal rights of marriage.

We can file a suit for restitution of your marital rights and your wife will be compelled to stay with you and your father. Keep one thing in mind, do not speak anything to her and her mother which can trouble you as doing so can lead you to sudden arrest. For rest of the help you can contact.

Try to convince your wife that your father is dependent upon you and it will be morally and legally wrong to leave him in his old age. Any legal way used to deal with your problem will affect your marital relation and may end up even in divorce with your wife. So try to find out a solution with a fair discussion with only your wife.
