Wife not coming home since August 2023.

My wife has left to her mother's home on August 2023 and hs not been coming back despite number of requests. When I and my mother have contacted their elders, her paternal uncles have said that they will never t be sending her and warned of dire consequences. Her mother and elder sister has been bad mouthing regarding me with their neighbours and even to the maid. My wife is not even letting me to meet my Girls child(14y old).

hi if she is not coming ti marital life then you could file petition in court for restitution of conjugal rights in court by sending legal notice to ask to come to marital home first and then could file petition in court seeking visitation rights
