Wife not being proper at home, and always leaving home & going out

Religion Jain. My wife always fights with us & leaves the house & go to her parents house, now she has left house taking my 1.7 yrs daughter on 23 July 19 without our knowledge & still not returned home after repeatedly calling her to home from my side. what should i do.
Better issue a notice as under restitution of conjugal right asking her to come back and stay with you. Mention in detail of her behaviour/ attitude in notice. In the said notice ask for continue child custody.

Sir, do one thing at this stage, go and lodge the complaint against your wife. Just plead in the complaint that about the exact allegations and pray for justice. the police will take the complaint and call upon her to enquire the things. if you not initiate legal action against her, the you will be held responsible.
