Sir meri wife mayke jake baith gyi hai aur yahan par bhi wo partadit karti rahti hai pure parivar aane ko kahne pe mana karti hai jab mai kahta hu koi faisla kar lo to wah wo bhi nhi apne faimly ke sath jhagda karti hai jane pe jhoothe blame lagati hai mai depression me hu koi upay bataye jisse wah aake theek se rahe ya chutkara mil jay. Aik 1.5 yr ki beti bhi hai .please sahi margdarshan karen jisse surchit nivarn ho sake

Hello, apki wife mayke baith gayi hai aur yahan par aplog ko pareshan kar rhi hain sbke sath jhgda karti h blame karti h jisse aap dippression me hai. first j have to discuss your case then only if an tell you what you can do

pahale aap ek application apane jila ke mediation center par de wahaa par aapaki patni ko notice bhejakar bulawaya jayega aour mediation karane ki koshish ki jayega aour agar baat nahi bana tab aap side divorce ka mukadama 13 hindu marriage act me file kare is prakar aapako relief milega

ap divorce petition file kare court me saath hi ek complaint bhi file kar ke apki wife or uske gharvale dwara apko mentally harresment or jhothe dowry ke case me fasane ki dhamki di ja rahi h isse apka samadhan ho jayega

File a petition for restitution of conjugal rights since she has abandoned you without any just and sufficient cause. This petition will have to be filed under section 9 of the Hindu Marriage act. You may send her a legal notice for restitution of conjugal rights prior to instituting a above case. In case the period of desertion exceeds a period of 2 years, you may also think of filing a divorce petition
