Wife left home with Two Yrs Kid

Wife left home with Two yrs kid and Doesn't want to return.. Tried a lot to convinced her but she doesn't listen anything... Husband staying at NCR and Wife was there at Kolkata. Its been a year now.. What can i do now?
Dear Sir.. You can send her a legal notice asking her to comeback and tell her that if she can't come back then you can go for initiating divorce proceedings..

आप संबंधित न्यायालय में जाकर हिंदू विवाह अधिनियम यदि पक्षकार हिंदू हो तो धारा 9 का दावा प्रस्तुत करें तथा उसमें वह समस्त बातें लिखें दिखाएं जो भी आपके साथ घटित हुआ है यदि वह सेक्शन नाइन के दावे में नहीं आती प्रजेंट नहीं होती है तो आप सेक्शन नाइन के एक्स पार्टी आदेश के आधार पर हिंदू विवाह अधिनियम धारा 13 का दावा प्रस्तुत कर सकते हैं इसके अलावा यदि वह भी नहीं आ रही है तो आप पुलिस मेडिएशन के माध्यम से उसको बुलवा सकते हैं
