Wife keeps accusing for having affair

My wife keeps accusing me of having affair with any women who talks to me or is on my facebook friend list or my relative or my colleague, even after my giving her assurance that there is no one in my life apart from her, she keeps stalking my phones laptop and tries to find reasons for accusing me for same, no matter how much i try to convenience her i am loyal to her, she keeps on doing this over and over, there have been moments when i feel like ending my life to get rid of this torture from her. But that is not going to solve anything. I am tired of all this, i had asked her to come for marriage counseling if she does not believe me, her reply on this is that she is not mad to go for counseling. Also she keeps me threatening of committing suicide and blaming me for the reason of her death. I am very confused what to do in this situation and i am loosing my willpower to sustain in this marriage. We are Hindu.
