Sir,meri wife mayke jake baith gyi hai , aane ko kahne pe kahti hai ki jab man karega to aaungi agar jyada kahoge to jhoothe case me fasa dungi uske parivar ka full support hai uske faimly wale bhi mujhe dhamkate hai, meri aik beti bhi hai . Mujhe khud khana bana ke khana pad raha bahut partadit aur depression me hu kya karu kuch samajh me nhi aa raha har bar aise hi karti hai.please help me.
