Wife Joining New Company .How To Get Official Salary Details

How to get wife salary and company details .I headed that she joined and working in some company after deserting from me but when we are together she never worked intentionally but in FIR a false claim lined up that my parents forced her to work (she never joined any job though )

Will need to go through the contents of the FIR. what is the claim made against you ? if an FIR has been lodged, we need to move to the high court for quashing the FIR. what is the status of the charge sheet ? has the final report been filed? will have to look at these aspects.

You can ask the Police where the FIR is registered to send a Notice under section 91 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for production of documents and there she will have to state all her present employment status. I hope my advice helps you.
