You can always file a written complaint to the police station of your area regarding your grievances. You can also send her a legal notice regarding as to why she is doing so or what exactly she wants. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

The jurisdiction of the high court can be invoked under the nature of habeas corpus petition in which the court will direct the wife to bring the husband before the husbands family members to meet them and by the effective order will allow their assess to the person and if the husband so consent so, he can stay with his family vide court order.

Going by the limited information provided by you, i understood that there has been some issue between the wife and husband’s family. It can be resolved only by knowing what is the problem. It is better to schedule a meeting to take it further.
