Wife & in- laws harassing husband's family & talks about separation

I came here after long mental pressure from my wife and in law house.I have 5 month old baby child. My in law house and my wife always misbehave with my parents. Even they now doesnot show my baby to me. We always try to compromise. But don't understand what they want. Even yesterday my in laws talk about seperation. Dont know what i talk to them. I dont want seperation. I want to live with my whole family. Right now i am in very much mental pressure. Please help me how to overcome this problem.
Please note that in India Judicial separation or divorce is not so easy that upon mere assertion it will be home delivered! The person claiming for judicial separation or divorce must have grounds like adultery, cruelty, sexual harassment, alcoholism etc. Still irretrievable is not well recognized in India especially when the other side is willing to compromise or willing to stay together. So please be chill and apart what your wife is doing is itself amounts to cruelty so you are in better position to file divorce. For a safer side please process for filing a petition of Restitution of Conjugal Rights. Please consult with an Advocate or even a marriage Councillor.

you must immediately lodge a general diary through your lawyer and then file for restitution of conjugal rights as well as custody of the child. If you do so you wife's all plans of seeking unreasonable monetary games that are playing in her wicked mind will go in vain.
