08-Oct-2023 (In Family Law)
My wife took away my 3 year old daughter away & from past 4 months am facing a false caw cell complaint and the lady social counsellor is biased to her & favouring her & not calling up for further counselling session from 1 & half months, not proceeding even the complaint further & their propaganda is to harass me & make the complaint signed by me by putting me under pressure, what action can i take against that counsellor for being biased although i have audio proof against counsellor

Greetings to you
It’s generally the case that the officials in CAW cell lean towards women but it’s never advisable to complain or do anything against them. The best alternative is ti engage a lawyer and appear with them. At least this way, they can’t talk to the lawyer however they want and some definitiveness can be reached without much harassment.

Should you require any assistance, plz feel free to reacH out to me.

Thanks

If the behaviour of your wife is intolerable towards you can anytime send a complaint regarding your grievances in writing to the police station according to your jurisdiction. And if you wish to go legal and want to continue your matrimonial life then you can file a petition under section 9 HMA and if there's no scope of living together then rather stretching the relationship you should file for contested divorce under the ground of cruelty. I would suggest you to go with mutual divorce because it's cost effective and ends up in a maximum of six months. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

You need to seek a detailed consultation from an advocate. Seek an advise and than pursue the matters as one wrong statement or move will ruin your entire case. You have options under law to file few litigation matters. Brief the lawyer and formulate a strategy going forward
