It’s generally the case that the officials in CAW cell lean towards women but it’s never advisable to complain or do anything against them. The best alternative is ti engage a lawyer and appear with them. At least this way, they can’t talk to the lawyer however they want and some definitiveness can be reached without much harassment.

If the behaviour of your wife is intolerable towards you can anytime send a complaint regarding your grievances in writing to the police station according to your jurisdiction. And if you wish to go legal and want to continue your matrimonial life then you can file a petition under section 9 HMA and if there's no scope of living together then rather stretching the relationship you should file for contested divorce under the ground of cruelty. You need to hire expert advocate in this regard bcoz if FIR get lodge you need to have bail and she may further file DV or other cases ! You need to be prepared for the same
