My Wife has left our home and she is living in a PG. She has an extra marital affair with a married person, I want to file a case against this person. Let me know how we should proceed

Hello initially you can send a legal notice to your wife for restitution of conjugal rights and if you have any documentary proof of your wife having extra marital affair then you may also send a legal notice to her paramour (with whom she is allegedly having extra marital affair) to abstain from such act.
