Wife has given fake affidavit that she is not working under sec crpc 125 maintenance case but she is working somewhere and I have limited proof for that...ow how to convince court that she is working and drawing handsome salary...if its proved that she is working I being an husband can i ask court to take her to prosecution and can I escape from paying maintenance to her..
If you are claiming that your wife is working and she has suppressed this fact and filed false affidavit before the court then she has committed the offence of playing fraud on the court. You will find declaration on the last page of the affidavit. Limited proof is not enough and you need to dig deeper to convince the court without any doubt.
