Wife has done second marriage without divorce what to do

My wife got second marriage without divorce but I have no proof of her second marriage And where she live with Her second husband I know , I also know his name and full address so what I do legally. I have also 498a false case which she done to me on January 2015 but I didn't get any legal notice by bokaro jharkhand court and she lives with her new husband in bihar district khagaria So what legal steps for me on that situation
In that case u can file bigamy case against ur wife without sending legal notice and registered police fir against both fir illegal and unlawful marriage. In lieu of that u can divorce and defamation...

You first file a FIR under 498 with help of lawyer.Secondly how can you prove that she is living a adulterous life with some body else.Has she represent her new male companion as husband somewhere?? See as per the limited facts i must advice you to move a case of bigamy under penal law in your home district with a clause informing the police that she is living with the other guy in khagaria.
