UnderSection9- HinduMarriageAct. She filed a case on me. I have filed divorce case in Hyderabad. How do I get rid of this HMOP case.?

You can file case at hyderabad for divorce but 100 % chance by your wife to seek transfer to the court rcr she filed so better to file case at the place of your wife for divorce but no hurdles for you to file a case in hyderabad but it will delay your legal process
