Wife filed fir & several false case

My wife filed fir & several false cases u/s 354, 323, 125, 12 alonwith 23, 498A and many more.Actually my wife tortured me from beginning of our marriage by physically and mentally. I escaped from her and she requested to back. But I denied to go with her. After that she filed the above. I informed police for behavior of wife for FIR by post after escaping from her but no action had taken by police.Please suggest and help me in this regard. My wife case filed 4numbers ans she is very every controlled woman. At present I am in bail at home and mentally disturbed.

sorry to hear about your ordeal. you can meet a good criminal lawyer and he or she can guide you with getting those proceedings either quashed or get you discharged or finally acquitted as the case may be.

section 498A is filled against how many of you say in details your mother can file Domestic Violence Act against your wife and also you can file for divorce which may be contested divorce what is your jurisdiction..
