Wife filed false complaint of adultery with sister in mahila mandal

If a wife files a false case in mahila mandal against husband and his family, of dowry harassment, mental harassment, claims adultery. Which is all false the husband has all the valid video evidence to prove him and his family innocent. The women against whom she claims adultery is his sister and he has proofs to prove himself on that too. So now if the husband has a clear chit from mahila mandal on a 100rs stamp paper were they have said its a false case against him and his family. Now that he has proofs can he file defamation and can that girl with whom he was linked can file defamation against his wife.
