Wife filed false complaint in Police, filed 125 crpc Maintenance case

Hi All,
Good afternoon. My wife filed false complaint in police. Then after 2 week, she filed 125 crpc maintenance case. The MC case is filed on Jun 2019. As my lawyer didn't represent me in court, I am exparte on Jan 2020 . We filed set aside pettion now.
Please help me on how to win in 125 crpc maintenance case.

file the set aside petition if the your wife filed a case in Chennai family court you can file a petition to set aside an advocate by using e filing as soon as soon as possible otherwise your wife kashful right to execute the expert maintenance order and from the date of order you are obliged to pay the entire amount to your wife otherwise your wife can approach the court forester attachment of salary and any other means of legal proceedings to recover the money from you
