Wife doesn't want divorce after confessing to adultery

my friend accepted her adultry, but husband not reconciling after counselling so she accepted fot mutual consent. she hs not appointed any lawyer as she doesnt work nd has two kids. my question is what will be next move. she has next hearing next week after couselling failed. but she wants to reunite with her hubby. what can be done.
Yes if you want divorce, then adultery ground in sufficient.
only you have to prove it
The better way is that you should file divorce petition .which case is going on which you said about next hearing.

well you cannot force husband to reconcile , but you should still engage a counsel and figure out maintainance and custody, although you can ask fro another round of mediation to convince the husband to stay, but it would be better to take advice of the counsel to go through your options.

You have not stated as to how you have accepted the adultery . it is before court in conciliation proceeding. If both of you have filed for divorce mutually you may disagree from divorce in court when the case is fixed. In that case your spouse will have to file divorce in court and that will take a long time. In the meantime there may be a patch up.
