WIFE DENYING MONETARY DUES AS PER MEDIATION SETTLEMENT

27-May-2023 (In Family Law)
In a mediation settlement agreement after my wife filed a DV case against me  in 2012, a jointly owned plot of land was to be sold and 60% of the interest from FD of the sale proceeds were to be given to me. She refused to sign the sale agreement when I found a buyer and has avoided selling on some pretext or other. I have faced a monetary loss since last 9 yrs. Under which law can I file for compensation. Will it be tie barred? How can I make up the loss.
