Wife can't bear child and convent for husband's marrige

Wife can't conceiv child due to medical reasons and ask husband to marry another girl to VANSH CHALANE. (वंश चलाने ) Permission was granted in a such a case in my knowledge. Kindly guide for procedure to be adopted and who is competent authority to permit.

To legally marry another lady, you need to give divorce to your first wife. If your wife is also ready to give divorce, you both can file application before the family court and apply for divorce. I can get you that divorce decree within a month if you wish so, otherwise the general procedure takes at least 8 months. Marrying another lady without giving divorce to the first wife is a criminal offence punishable with imprisonment upto 5 years. You can opt for giving birth to a child through surrogacy.
