Wife and her mother pressurise me to live separately from my parents

My wife and my MIL they snatched away my 10days old son from my house. And now they are asking me to live separately from my parents in any other city other than where our matrimonial house is and also demanding money on monthly basis. Or otherwise she(my wife) won't come back to me. So after all this I am not willing to continue with her, so I asked her for MCD, but then she started threating me saying the she will not give me divorce and make my n my parents life hell without giving divorce. So what should I do now pls help...

keep evidences of all her high handedness. make all kind of communication with her in writing and keep proof of all that. after you have gathered enough proof file a suit for judicial separation followed by divorce. she might file a 498A case and other matrimonial cases against you and your family. your evidences will help you get exonerated of all those. all the best.
