Sir, My sister father in law & her other relatives, totally neglected her after sudden death of her husband.he was not holding any property in his name.can she or her kids can claim father in law property.. another thing is that motor accident case is registered in court and is in progress ....can she remarry? Without any loss..by caste we are Hindu.. Regards Deepak
