Who will pay the loan to the bank of a property after divorce?

It's actually about a divorse case... As my aunty is planning to get divorse from my uncle. She is worried about future of her as well as her children After divorse will she get a some property or not of uncle And moreover there are 2 property.. And one property has loan on it. So if she gets one property who will the pay the loan amount to bank... Thank you
Let the uncle and aunty settle between themselves as to whether​ ur uncle wants to give any property to your Aunt she can not claim as matter of right but can claim a separate residence or let her occupy the flat without loan and file Domestic Violence complaint seeking order restrain Uncle from entering the flat and there after divorce case .

Hello Ma'am, your aunty does not need to take tension as under section 125 of crpc she can claim maintenance from your uncle. In addition to that if she is taking one time settlement she does not need to take tension about loan as it will be liability of the husband to keep his wife safe and secure even after divorce.
