You may approach before the Sub registry office, ranchi for your registry marriage. You are required to furnish the following Documents.. aadhaar and age proof. You have to fill form for special marriage atleast two witness required.

Hello,
Having hone through your query would like to inform you that you can marry the girl under Special Marriage Act 1954 and for the same you will have to approach the Registrar of Marriages in the lower court at Ranchi who will register your marriage alongwith the required witnesses from both sides thereon

U 'll have to contact registery office for ur marriage process In ranchi...and documents required would be atleast 2 id proof of both of u ,matric certificate and 6-7 passport size photographs of u both.,3 Witnesses and their ids and 3 Xerox copies of all..

3. FOR AGE PROOF MATRIC CERTIFICATE OF BOY AND PASSPORT OF GIRL
4. A LETTER FROM CONCERNED AMEBECY THAT SHE IS COMING RANCHI INDIA FOR THE PURPOSE OF MARRIAGE.
5. THREE LOCAL WITNESSES ALONG WITH ID AND ADDRESS PROFF
YOU ARE REQUIRED TO FILE AN APPLICATION BEFRE REGISTRAR RANCHI UNDER SPECIAL MARRIAGE ACT AND AFTER 30 DAYS OF NOTICE BOTH OF YOU MAY COMPLETE MARRIAGE.

Please clarify whether the other person is an Indian Citizen or not. If Indian Citizen the process is quite easy. You can have it done directly at the Marriage Registrar Office. However, if foreigner, there are some formailities which are required to be complied with.
