Whether a adult son compelled his father to provide maintenance?

09-Sep-2023 (In Family Law)
I'm a advance stage cancer patient, my son(35 years) from my first divorced wife got a brain hemorrhage in last December. Now he is recovering gradually- started walking and but his tongue gets fumble while speaking. He had filled a case for maintenance as he is showing himself 'not able to maintain himself due to injury'. they left me at the time i require them. In this regard what is his chances of of getting maintenance order in his favour? can he will termed 'as not able to maintain himself'

He is not entitled for any maintenance on the contrary u can claim maintenance as a senior citizen and alinig father suffering from diseases. As per section 125 CRPC there is a provision for the maintenance of old parents who cannot maintain themselves by their children . Contact me for any help.
