Where can the marriage be solemnised and registered?

Sir, my question is that in my district (west Singhbhum) there are two courts one is in chakradharpur which is near to my residence and one is chaibasa which farther away from my residence but in same districtnSo my question is can i perform court marriage from chaibasa civil court instead of chakradharpur SDO court (both the girl and boy are from chakradharpur, West Singhbhum).

Dear we bring to inform that as per law if you have bill of water connection along with electricity bill then you can opt it for address proof which is required before Martiage Registry office for certification of marriage. Apart from this you can approach marriage office and get the informations.
