When in laws are okay with daughter in law staying in there house...Can husband force his wife to leave the house.?nThe house is on father in law name

Dear Queriest if in laws are ok or whether they are not ok is not at all the question that Daughter in law should stay or not in house, because once a girl is married she has all rights to stay in the in laws house unless and until legally she is separated, for more information about the same kindly call me.

Well, the Husband cannot force his wife legally to leave her Matrimonial Home despite the Home is on his name or in Father in Law's name. If Husband forces his wife to leave her Matrimonial Home, then, she can file an Application of Shared Household under the concerned provision of the DV Act, 2005
