What to do when wife might become threat to life

I had a love marriage in hindu community 2 years back. My wife's behaviour was childish and innocent. But I discovered that she is a highly skilled player and a pathological liar. She is playing with my emotion, anger, self-respect and money. She is always pulling me down. She has exploited me in everywhere. I have escaped from home and now I feel that she has become my life threat. What legal approach should I take?
Seeing your situation, it seems that your maarige cannot continue further and so you would want to part ways with your wife and file for divorce. So you should file for divorce on the ground of cruelty under section 13 of HMA. Apart from this if she has caused any threat to your life then you must file a police complaint immediately.

Just file a case for divorce on ground of physical and mental cruelty and end the said relationship if she is not working or not having source of income she will get permanent aliomny or maintenance which has to be paid if court orders.

Hi , you can file a case for divorce on the ground of cruelty and get a divorce from your wife if you think and decide the marriage can not be continued. However to do that you should have proper evidence. If you can try for mutual divorce you may explore the possibilty.
