Hi
You should file a complaint with the Municipal authorities and also address the issue to district collector by lodging a written complaint.
Since a road is illegally constructed on your property, it comes under land grabbing and it is only the collector who has to take remedial measures.
if collector also does not respond to your letter within 30 days, you should come to High court and file a petition against your neighbour, municipal commissioner and collector. High court will ensure that your rights are protected and justice be eventually done to you.
