What to do when in laws are mentally torturing sister?

Respected sir/ma'am, Sir my sister is mentally tortured in her in-laws house she is also sexually exploited by her husband (marital rape) when she is deceased they do not provide her medication .instead they believe in all those devil and satanic sakti. They even emotionally blackmail her.she is going pchycic what should we do. Please provide me some suggestion I will be very very much thankful you. Thankyou.

It's very painful in our culture that after marriage tourcher girls. First of all take ur sister hospitalized in best hospital and move an application in mahila thana against her in-laws. Mentioned every cruelty of in-laws in that application.

Helo, if she is facing so many troubles in in laws house so it may cause to danger for her life. Immediate have a talk with her husband and parents also. If they are denying to sent her back with you people then move a application before police officer of concern police station. After all if you did not get positive results and she wants to come back with you and there are not sending and detaining her without her will. Then move a habious carpous writ in high court, must get relief. Thnx

Considering the situation of mental harresment and the treatment by the family of her hasband she can ludge an FIR in the women cell u/s 498A of IPC for cruelty. The marital rape may not be treated as Criminal.
