What to do when husband refuses to speak after leaving abroad?

11-Oct-2023 (In Family Law)
I got married on last December and after marriage he went back to abroad by promising me that he will back on March to take me with him but till now there is no responsible words and also he is not calling or messaging me and now he starts to blame me for no proper reasons and said that he doesn't need me. He is having a girl friend in his office. I thought to speak him directly but he is not ready to speak with me. I request you guys to clarify me the below things. 1. I have communicated to state women's commission they asked me to file a case in local station and asked me to meet them. 2. Some people's said me to give petition in SP office. 3. Do I have any other way to make him to speak with me to know the reason. 4. He is trying to show me as criminal. Without doing any mistakes i can't able to bare the blame's from him. 5. If I file case, does it affects his visa? Please help me

Madam, My idea is that, you can very insists your right of living together through court of law by way of Sec.9 application for restitution of conjugal rights. Since your wish to live together, and if you go for criminal proceedings the chances reunion may get affected, so act wisely.
