What to do when husband forces to leave the house

My husband is forcing me to leave home.If i left house with my luggage then he complaint in police station that i have stolen something or ran with someone or he showed that he tried a suicide attempt. In this case what should i do?

You can file case against your husband under domestic violence act before judicial or metropolitan magistrate and also pray for protection from domestic violence, you need not to leave matrimonial home , and if you want divorce you can file petition before family court and also pray for maintenance and other remedies like ,separate accommodation, medical expenses

Hello madam, In your above mentioned case .. instead of your husband going and approaching police and alleging false complaints against you .. you yourself should go to the police station and Lodge a complain against your husband stating that he wants you to leave house and if you do so he will allege me with all false claims which have not been done by you .

File a details NC complaint in your area police station narrating each and every incident and further also mention that he is threatening you that if you take you belongings he wile file false complaints. After this you can eave the house. make the NC at your earliest

Approach police station or call on 100 no. Or 103 women and child safety, make sure an N. C. is Registered, show police it's the other way that he is trying to harass you, you can also file a domestic violence case.
