What to do when having no money but court orders to pay to wife?

I have fixed dipoited 8.75 lakhs in wife's account from my account & case and wife claim maintenance 125(3) for 2 children & got result 10 thousand every month for both but I have given her money already so what can I do ? Help I do not have more money , I doing job but I already given her money before 125(3) case which I have proof for money transfer ? Please give me some advise on? Thanks !

Your query lacks full details of your case. Still based on the information provided I would suggest to go for full and final one time settlement if reunion is impossible. You can file for alteration of maintenance under Section 127 of Code of Civil Procedure.
You need to prove change in circumstances as your financial condition has worsened and hence you are not in a position to afford the so interim/permanent ordered maintenance amount.

1) The amount you have deposited in wife's account in the form of fixed deposit is a QUITE DIFFERENT THING. It would not be
considered against the done order for monthly payment
2) If you are paying monthly according to the courts order, court will surely consider it - submit the proof of it in the honorable
court

Bring this fact to the record of the court and file a revision petition in the appelate court as the petition is decreed and order has been passed. Hopefully you will get some relief in monetary terms.
