What to do my father is not supportive towards the famiy

We have faced the mental harassment by my father (age 68). My mother (62) is suffering from low BP and sugar from 30 yrs and heart patient also from 15 years. Mere father apne samdhi ki baato me aakar family PE yakeen nhi krte hai. I have two unmarried sister and my father is not ready for her marry that's why my mother is mentally disturbed. My father is not give any help like money or other things. They always hit them and abuse in the home and outside. I am not able to her marry due to financial condition is to low. I just want that my father will get ready for my sister marry and help them.

There are many cheaper ways by which marriage can be performed. Don't regret at your financial condition. If you get yourself entangled in any legal proceeding against your father, you will lose your valuable time and hard earned money. Don't think that there is any such way by which you can correct behaviour of your father. This is just a wastage of time. Work hard, concentrate on how you may earn more, and also try to make your sisters self-dependant. Needless to say, girls no longer lag behind boys in any manner.

Your Case is of "Domestic Violence" committed at your house by your father, take recourse of law, file application seeking protection /shelter and maintenance, that your father is bound to do, take your relatives/society help if things can settle down approach your father's senior in his office and for your sister marriage post their details on any matrimonial site , it will help you !! ore so consult a good lawyer in your locality you will have a remedy !!! Get your mother treated well !!! For, MOther concern also you move an application into the Court

Uske liye aapki sisiters family court me s. 20 (3) Hindu Adoption and Maintenance Act,1956 ke antargat yachika laga Sakti hai. Lekin court jaane se pahale behatar hoga Ki aap ghar par apne pita se baat karke mamle ko suljhane Ki koshish kare. Aapki sisiters ko bhi koi suitable job karne ke liye kahiye. Agar Apki sisters financially independent Ho gayi to problem solve Ho Sakti hai. Agar apke pita aapki bahano ko marte pitate hai to aap unhe kahiye Ki ve unka ye behaviour turant band kare Varna aap legal action lenge. Agar ve nahi manate hai to aap antim upay ke roop me police ke pass ja sakte hai ya gharelu hinsa adginiyam,2005 ke antargat magistrate ke samaksh complaint kar sakte hai.
