What to do if you want to leave your house and become independent

Myself Sanya I'm 20 years 11 month old and I'm here to ask for a legal advice I've a relationship with my boyfriend since 3 years but due to medical issues in his house we can't marry immediately he need time to settle and even I need time to settle and want to marry after few years but my parents are not ready to agree same and everyday they are torturing me to leave him or to call him immediately to take me away. Since 6 months I'm going through a mental and physical torture by my uncle who is beating my giving me threats to kill my boyfriend and I've decided to leave alone as I'm working with good salary package and need to be independent please advise me

Well, you can inform your Partner that his life is danger, so that, he can take measures to protect himself. As far as your decision is concerned, that is, not to marry, it is your choice, being an adult, you can make and take decisions for yourself.

After 18 years of age you are free to take any decision even if you want to leave seprate,no one has right to question you or threaten you, and if your uncle or any family member threaten you, you can file police complaint against them.
