Sir I was booked a case my husband 498 & DVC and maintenance case my husband not giving maintenance Judge was said proved evidence, my lawyer advised me book a case his brothers mc. can you adivse us what is mc
Your question is not clear, then also :-MC is, lawyers and courts using MC as short form for maintenance case. Maintenance case only maintainable against your husband, not against his brother. If court awarded you maintenance, file collection petition. If he fail to pay, court will sentence him jail term

As per your own statement you have exhausted Almost all the remedies. Know the only option available to you is that you can ask your advocate to proceed and follow up the case in a more regular manner. I don’t see anything that after filing of a case you are in loss can be included in the complaint.
