what to do if parents molesate i cant talk on phn too needs help

hi im 19 yr old girl im currently in my 2nd year my parents r not allowing me to go the college they r molesting me they r forcing me to be in house if i raise my voice my mom calls my dad and my dad beats me they torture me mentally as well as physically we r living in a joint family but nobody is in my favour actually from childhood my dad beats me as compared to my 2 younger sisters they does allow me to talk to any boy and im more comfortable with boys one day i did a mistake that i went with one of my friend he was a boy tellling lie to my parents as they r not allowing me to anywhere and i love travel and i went with him but he did wrong with me nd he didn't leave me at the tym nd my parents put a report but then they take it back bcz of reputation nd from that case its 3 months they r molestatimg me more than they we're doing earlier not letting me go anywhere mental and physical torture is given nd even my dad beats me with belt too i know its my mistake but i want to get out
