What to do if parents are abusive and restrictive with an adult child

04-May-2023 (In Family Law)
its like my parents are emotionally abusive and i am an adult, i wanna do job on my own but they are not letting me go out to do a job, they always keep re-repeating my past mistakes which makes no sense and neither occur anymore or exist any longer. Next is my last year of college(graduation) and will may or may not get placement from college. If they won't let me do my thing i'll most probably go mad or do something stupid which i never wanna do. Please suggest me a if i can take any judiciary help for the matter or should i do stuff???

well if you are an adult then you can make your own decision, you can choose to move away from your parents and do any job that you want, but as you said that you are in your last year of graduation i would recommend that you complete your graduation before you take any step, but yes your not legally obligated to stay with your parents.

To prevent any further damage to that child's psychology, India has prevention of domestic violence act
You may Report the case to that family's nearest Police-Station. If you have some evidence, it will help police to prima-facee accept the complaint in writing and give you a copy of it.
